On behalf of his entire team the CEO of GreenTech Group James Whittaker accepted the coveted 2015 Governors Award for Sustainability for their LEED Gold Home “BellaVerde” (Translation: Beautiful Green) which was designed and developed by the team at NEXT Design & Development.

The integrated solar energy systems was provided by GreenTech Solar, utilising the worlds most efficient and most powerful solar panels made by SunPower.

The LEED Certification and sustainability consulting services was provided by the team at GreenTech Environmental.

This award is presented bi-annually and represents construction excellence in the Cayman Islands to encourage, foster and maintain design innovation, sustainability and excellence in the Cayman Islands construction industry.  Web: Governorsaward.ky
